Advance Teams

Two teams per ship leap frog one week ahead of the ship. They spend the week with the Port Representative until the ship sails for the next port. The team then moves to the second port ahead in the schedule

Establish rapport with the port representative, ensure all is in order for the ship to enter port, book / schedule all events, place supplies and fuel dockside available for loading when the ship pulls into port, works hand in hand with the Port Representative

Port Representatives

Books / schedules all events in that port. Stay aboard ship during entire week ship is in port

Facilitates and oversees implementation of scheduled activities while the ship is in the port. See schedule page for schedule of daily/weekly activities. Also responsible to ensure that work crews are ready for loading food stores and fueling times
